All of Brookstreet’s four-diamond guestrooms have been smartly designed and tastefully appointed for a comfortable stay on any occasion. All artwork in our luxury guestrooms are original creations by local art school students.

Brookstreet has six types of guestrooms: Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Double Queen Room, Deluxe King Balcony Room, Deluxe Golf View Room, Junior Suite, Master Suite. Our Ménage-à-Trois is a unique combination of Master Suites and Golf View Room with a separate foyer entrance. We also offer some barrier-free rooms and several rooms with connecting doors. Deluxe King Balcony Our spacious (475 sq. ft.) Deluxe King Balcony is an L-shaped room featuring a king-size bed. In addition to the amenities listed above, the Deluxe King Balcony Room has a workspace / dining alcove and balcony with Muskoka-style furniture overlooking The Marshes golf course.

Master Suite Our spacious (850 sq. ft.), two-room Master Suite features a separate bedroom with king-size bed and Bose CD alarm clock. The generous dining / work area has a table to seat six and white board while the living room area has a double pull-out sofa, 32” cable television, minibar and balcony with Muskoka-style furniture and fabulous view of The Marshes golf course.
